Foster Katubiya Foundation

My name is Foster Katubiya. I am a person with a disability and the founder of the Foster Katubiya
Foundation, which was formed in 2019 and registered on the 1st October 2020. Our beliefs as a
foundation are based upon 2 biblical passages; Exodus 22:22 and Matthew 25:25-26. We believe in
helping orphans, widows and the less privileged in our community. This is what we believe we have
been called to do from God; it is important for us to help. Our organisation has one sewing machine
and knitting machine. We make jerseys, door mats, hats, aprons and we also rear chickens.
In terms of our future, we are trusting in God for land to build an orphanage and a school. We also
hope to start teaching the widows and the elderly how to knit and tailor.
